1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and win17. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one active account on win17. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are valid only for the account to which they are issued and are non-transferable.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The rollover factor is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses expire if the rollover is not completed within the stated validity period.
• win17 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or reclaim bonus funds if fraudulent activity is detected.

Players who attempt to exploit promotional offers through coordinated or systematic wagering patterns may have their bonus privileges permanently revoked. win17's decision in all bonus-related disputes is final.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win17 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes without limitation any loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.

win17 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may occur. In the event of a technical fault affecting the outcome of a game, win17 will investigate the matter and apply a fair resolution, which may include voiding the affected bets.

10. Privacy & Data Use

win17 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
